Maureen Lovette and Anthony Van Gessel, Director and Associate Director of Academic Programs and Planning, will host a Teacher Curriculum Event to introduce Understanding by Design (UbD), with specific emphasis on Stage 1 of the UbD process. This event is for K-8 teachers (new or veteran) contracted to a school that has already begun UbD training/process. Maureen and Anthony will put these teachers on a fast track to understanding UbD unit development so that they can join your faculty with ease.
