Our Lady of the Holy Cross Church (St. Louis)

It is a big part of biblical culture that the glory and beauty of God, as well all goodness, should be seen by all, and for this end should be “set high on a hill.” From a literal standpoint, OLHC has been built on a hill, in a way similar to the temple of Jerusalem. Our parishioners are aware of their calling to be light in a troubled setting, witnessing to the fact that personal and social transformation is a real possibility. We are committed in our resolve to plant seeds of faith, hope, and love for each and every one.

Parish closed in 2023 and became part of a newly established parish comprised of the former St. Augustine Parish in St. Louis, the former Our Lady of the Holy Cross Parish in St. Louis, the former St. Elizabeth, Mother of John the Baptist Parish in St. Louis, and the former St. Matthew Parish in St. Louis.
