The way we live should be affected by God’s promise that He would be with us always
May this new year allow us to see and hear Christ’s presence and show Him to the world
Ordinary Time is our time for growing daily, choosing to follow in the footsteps of Jesus
We don’t have to heal all divisions at once, but can start person by person
Made in the image and likeness of God, we are called to let our love unite instead of divide
Examples from the Scriptures this week show us we need to incorporate God into every moment of our lives
What can each of us do to make our lives look more like the life of Jesus?
Our job during Lent is to bring ourselves more closely into the image of what God has created us to be
This Lent, take time to examine what part of the cycle of living, dying and resurrection we are currently experiencing
Sacrificial generosity will allow us to let go of the idols that reside within us
No matter our actions, we are always given the opportunity to have the light of Jesus shine upon us again
He grants us this forgiveness so that we may exercise the same mercy toward others
Familiar stories offer deep mysteries of living, dying and rising
Jesus’ resurrection should fill us with freedom and passion to share that Good News
Divisions come when we make judgments about people and let those separate us from others
