The Archdiocese of St. Louis makes available announcements for use in parish bulletins. Parishes may use these announcements in their bulletins, calendars, and online.

  • Anyone can submit a bulletin announcement.
  • Please submit announcements at least four weeks in advance of the date of the event.
  • Include contact information for all announcements, even if this information is not to be included with the announcement. Announcements submitted without contact information will not be posted.
  • All submitted announcements are subject to approval and editing. Please do not exceed 1,000 words.

Archdiocesan Pro-Life Mass and Rosary Saturday May 18th

Since 2000, the Respect Life Apostolate has held a Pro-Life Mass & Rosary on the 3rd Saturday morning of every month. We have gathered as a Catholic, pro-life community to pray for the preborn, pregnant mothers, those wounded by abortion, and a greater respect for all human life. Join us for this month's Mass & Rosary: May 18th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (St. Charles) at 8:15 a.m. The Rosary will be said prior to Mass.


Annual Breast Cancer Healing Mass June 8

A special Mass will be celebrated to honor and extend healing to all who have been affected by breast cancer on June 8, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalen in Brentwood. Survivors and patients as well as family members and friends are welcome. The Mass will offer those in attendance the opportunity to join their sufferings with Christ as we pray for the peace and healing of all. Msgr. Timothy Cronin, pastor of St. Mary Magdalen, will be the celebrant and a reception will be held immediately following Mass. Hearts of Mary: a retreat for mothers and daughters

On Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 9 am - 5 pm the Marianist Retreat and Conference Center is offering a one-day retreat for designed to help mothers (biological and spiritual) and their daughters (biological and spiritual) to explore how to apply the love and virtues of Mary and Marianist spirituality to our modern day lives. Mothers, grandmothers, aunts, godmothers, foster mothers, etc. – any and all women who have assumed a mothering role – are invited, along with their “daughters” to attend this event. There are no age restrictions; we only ask that daughters be at least 7 years old. Seeds of Hope outdoor prayer service

Join the Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help for a prayer service in Kirkwood Park on Wednesday, May 22 at 6:30 pm. During Laudato Si’ Week (May 19 -26) we celebrate Seeds of Hope as we commemorate the ninth anniversary of Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato Si’. We will gather at Walker Lake Parking lot. Naming & Commendation Rite to be Held at Church of the Magdalen (St. Louis City), May 11

Rite of Naming & Commendation will take place at the Church of the Magdalen (4924 Bancroft Ave, St. Louis, MO 63109) on Saturday, May 11 at 10 a.m. which includes Mass. Developed by the Archdiocese of St. Louis to meet the needs of families whose child died before birth for any reason, the rite is open to parents and families of any religious background, whether their preborn loss was recent or long ago.
