  • Priests, religious men and women, parish and Catholic school leaders, immigration justice advocates, healthcare professionals serving immigrant communities and (arch)diocesan and Catholic Charities staff across the Midwest region are invited to a one-day convening focused on key issues related to the pastoral care of immigrant communities.
Discussion topics will include the Catholic Church’s teachings on immigration, enforcement, and the dignity of the human person; “know your rights” guidance; the status of sensitive locations such as parishes, schools, and hospitals; strategies for accompanying and supporting immigrant families; thoughtful approaches to public events and public witness; and effective communications strategies.

  • Join Fr. Scott Jones for a conversation of faithful citizenship and the importance of voting, as well as a discussion on Catholic-centered voting regarding the issues we face today. Learn how our Catholic faith informs our role as citizens, explore the moral and social issues on the Missouri ballot this November, and become equipped to make informed decisions that reflect Catholic teaching.

All are welcome, no RSVP necessary.
