  • The Creighton Model FertilityCare Systemโ„ข teaches women to understand their cycle by observing changes in their bodies, then charting these biological markers on a monthly basis. Couples can use this knowledge to avoid or achieve pregnancy. The Creighton Model system is 100% natural and very reliable. This class is instructor facilitated.   • The Marquette Method (MM) of NFP brings the latest technology to NFP by using at-home fertility monitoring. Tools such as ClearBlue Fertility monitor and/or other devices are advised depending on your cycles. The information from the monitor can be used along with observations of cervical mucus, basal body temperature, or other indicators of fertility. Couples are guided to use โ€œwhat works best for themโ€ by a MM instructor.
