Aware of our call by the Holy Spirit, we the Parish of St. Alban Roe Roman Catholic Church are gathered in the name of Jesus to be nourished by His Word and the Eucharist. Our mission is to follow Jesus Christ, to pray, to teach, to serve, and thereby live our baptismal promises. By worshipping God, supporting each other in our Christian values, and providing opportunities for all parishioners to be faithful stewards of their gifts of time, talent and treasure, we will build up the Kingdom of God.

Catholic Teaching on Poverty

Sr. Connie Probst, OSF will be the highlighted speaker at the Catholic Social Justice Teaching Session, on "Poverty -A First-Hand Look and Structural Causes", Wednesday Evening, December 4, 2019 at 7:00pm. St. Alban Roe Church, 2001 Shepard Rd., Wildwood, MO in Mikesch Hall, below the Church. All ages 13+ are invited to learn first hand what the Catholic Church teachers on the social injustices that exist and what we can do to be part of the solution to reducing the effects of poverty here in St. Louis.


White Mass for Healthcare Professionals - October 13

The White Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis. A reception will follow Mass in Boland Hall adjacent to the Cathedral. This Mass is associated with St. Luke, the patron of physicians and surgeons, whose feast day is October 18. It takes its name from the white coat most commonly worn by those in the medical field. It is an opportunity to thank and bless those who work to heal and an opportunity to celebrate health among us.


RED MASS - October 6, 2019

St. Alban Roe (Wildwood) | September 10 2019

You are invited to the Red Mass at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., followed by a reception at Boland Hall. Archbishop Carlson is the celebrant. Bishop Thomas Paprocki of Springfield in Illinois will serve as homilist. The Red Mass is celebrated annually for judges, prosecutors, attorneys, law school professors and students, and government officials. Through the Mass, the Church asks the guidance of the Holy Spirit for all who are servants of justice. Please call 314.792.7812 with any questions.


Blue Mass

St. Alban Roe (Wildwood) | August 26 2019

All first responders and their families are invited to the Blue Mass at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., followed by a reception. We invite all first responders to wear uniforms, gather ahead of time in front of the Cathedral Basilica and process into the Cathedral at the beginning of the Mass. Special prayers will be offered for our first responders, and they will be recognized during the Mass.
