In 1988, Sister Rosalie became director of religious education for the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau, Missouri; then pastoral associate and campus minister at Missouri State University in Springfield.

She then was missioned to St. Louis to serve in mission integration at Marygrove in Florissant from 2010-18. In 2018, Sister Rosalie was missioned to Seton Residence in Evansville to serve in pastoral ministry and in a ministry of prayer until the time of her death.
