About Sister Cathy Vetter: At the age of 7, I fell in love with a wonderful Incarnate Word Sister and wanted to be like her. Years later I joined that group of women and have a great love of them and a deep passion for religious life. I believe that women religious are in a position to empower, support, encourage and accompany all women to be the leaders that our Church and world desperately needed in this 21st century. Psalm 46 invites us to “Be Still and Know that I am God.” Grounded in God, I am called to respond by deeply loving. And I do love people and the wonderful life I have received.
