Fiat Women's Group – Livestream EventAlthough we will not be meeting in person for our April meeting, all women are invited to join us virtually on April 16th at 8 a.m. to pray the rosary, followed by a talk by Dr. Edward Hogan, Academic Dean at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary from 8:15 a.m. until 9 a.m. at https://www.youtube.com/user/kenrickglennon/live and on Facebook Live. Dr. Hogan’s talk is entitled: “Chiaroscuro: The Interplay of Light and Darkness (and what we’re supposed to do with it).”
When an infant dies prior to their birth due to miscarriage, an accident, or for some other reason, the Order for the Naming and Commendation of an Infant Who Died Before Birth seeks to set the death of an infant within the context of faith, and to unite the grieving parent/s, grandparents, and other family members to the merciful God, whose love was revealed to us in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
St. Cletus Church will be offering this rite during the 8:00 am Mass on Saturday, April 18, 2020.
All who have suffered the loss of an infant before birth recently or years ago are welcome to attend and receive consolation, peace, and hope.
