St. Pius V and St. Vincent DePaul Parishes seek an experienced and hospitable receptionist to serve

two mission focused parishes in the Catholic Archdiocese of St. Louis, Missouri.

Position Summary

The Receptionist for the Parishes of St. Pius V and St. Vincent DePaul offers welcome and hospitality as

the first point of contact for parishioners, visitors, volunteers and clients. This individual is responsible

for incoming calls, greeting visitors, front-desk clerical duties and supporting the administrative duties of

the Executive Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be an active Catholic who cares about the role of the church in serving those

who live in poverty or are marginalized in society. She or he will be hospitable and welcoming, detail

oriented, flexible and able to collaborate; have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be

able to work in a fast paced environment.

This is a full time salaried position with a salary of $40,000 and includes a full benefits package.
