The Holy Cross Academy Associate Principal serves as the building administrator for the St. Michael the Archangel Campus for students in grades kindergarten through second. As a member of the Administrative Team of Holy Cross Academy, the Associate Principal is under the direct supervision of the School President and collaborates with other Holy Cross Academy administrators to implement the mission of Holy Cross Academy. The Associate Principal provides mission-driven leadership in the areas of Catholic identity, curriculum and instruction, discipline, staff development, building safety and security, and teacher evaluation. Day to day the Holy Cross Associate Principal demonstrates the qualities, competencies, and responsibilities of a Catholic leader for the faculty, staff, students, and families at Holy Cross Academy - St. Michael the Archangel Campus. The Holy Cross Academy Associate Principal ensures the children in grades kindergarten through second are formed with best practices and engaging experiences in the ways of faith, academics, and healthy social and emotional practices.
