After School Care Coordinator

The Afterschool Care Coordinator at Holy Cross Academy must be a practicing Christian who is passionate about serving in a high-spirited, progressive learning environment which supports the health, welfare, safety and spirit of our students, faculty and staff. The ASC Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the After School programming at the Primary Campus.

Duties to Perform:
Make sure the appropriate staffing and programs are in place.
Keep accurate records of attendance.
Recruit, interview and hire staff.
Supervise staff and students.
Order materials and supplies.
Communicate with parents timely with regards to their child’s needs.
Work with building administrators and secretaries to coordinate facilities and schedules.
