Vocation Day: Open Wide Your Heart

Are you a student beginning to discern a possible vocation to religious life? You are invited to join other young people (6th-12th grade) at Vocation Day at St. Gianna. Come enter into a deeper relationship with God, and listen and discern His calling to a religious vocation. The day's agenda will include the Holy Rosary, Holy Mass, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, confession, spiritual direction and prayer. In addition, priests and religious will present four talks, two ice-breaker activities, two breakout sessions, and a Q&A panel. Did we mention this event is free? We had so many wonderful donations that we could not sell them all in one day. On Saturday April 20th from 9:00am until 4:00pm we are having a Bonus Second Chance Day. Come stock up on books, movies, music and more. The Bonus Day Book Fair will held at the St. Matthias Parish Center 800 Buckley Road St. Louis, MO 63125.

Many hardback books in great condition as well as many paperback books. Music, movies, puzzles, games and more!

In lou of set prices, we are asking for donations. Don’t miss this chance!

Please join the Association of the Miraculous Medal on Sunday, May 5, at 1:00 p.m., for our annual May Procession at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal in Perryville, MO. The procession will form in front of Saint Mary’s of the Barrens Church. Participants will pray the Rosary as we proceed to the historic grotto on the Rosary Walk. The traditional May Crowning and prayer service will be a part of this tribute to Our Blessed Mother. All are welcome to participate. You are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket, as there is limited seating at the grotto.
