Vocation Day: Open Wide Your Heart

Are you a student beginning to discern a possible vocation to religious life? You are invited to join other young people (6th-12th grade) at Vocation Day at St. Gianna. Come enter into a deeper relationship with God, and listen and discern His calling to a religious vocation. The day's agenda will include the Holy Rosary, Holy Mass, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, confession, spiritual direction and prayer. In addition, priests and religious will present four talks, two ice-breaker activities, two breakout sessions, and a Q&A panel. Did we mention this event is free? Ave Maria Workshop

Ave Maria Workshop, sponsored by the Saint Louis Chapter of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians. Continental Breakfast followed by two presentations and a Master Class with an emphasis on music and singing. Cost is $10 for NPM members and $15 for non-members.

We had so many wonderful donations that we could not sell them all in one day. On Saturday April 20th from 9:00am until 4:00pm we are having a Bonus Second Chance Day. Come stock up on books, movies, music and more. The Bonus Day Book Fair will held at the St. Matthias Parish Center 800 Buckley Road St. Louis, MO 63125.

Many hardback books in great condition as well as many paperback books. Music, movies, puzzles, games and more!

In lou of set prices, we are asking for donations. Don’t miss this chance!

Large paking lot is handicapped accessible. We will accept cash and checks.

The Sisters of the Most Precious Blood will be hosting thethird performance in our Concert Series showcasing the Pipe Organ in our St.Joseph Convent Chapel, 204 N. Main, O’Fallon MO, on April 28, 2024, at 3:00PM. David Sinden will be the guest organist. The Concerts are freeto the public. Free will offerings are accepted. The Chapeldoors will open at 1:30 for guests who would like to tour the chapel before theConcert.

May procession

Please join the Association of the Miraculous Medal on Sunday, May 5, at 1:00 p.m., for our annual May Procession at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal in Perryville, MO. The procession will form in front of Saint Mary’s of the Barrens Church. Participants will pray the Rosary as we proceed to the historic grotto on the Rosary Walk. The traditional May Crowning and prayer service will be a part of this tribute to Our Blessed Mother. All are welcome to participate. You are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket, as there is limited seating at the grotto. Made for More Speaker Series

Join us at Mary Queen of Peace Parish for our Made for More Speaker Series! Ed Hogan, Academic Dean and Associate Professor of Systematic Theology at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary, will speak on Wednesday, May 8th in the Lubeley Room (located on the bottom floor of the rectory). Dr. Hogan's talk is entitled: Evangelization 102: Stategies for Evangelization and Consecrating the World to God. Dr. Hogan will speak from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please join us and bring a friend!
