Join the Fiat Women’s Group on August 15th (the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary) for a Morning of Recollection led by Father Paul Hoesing, Dean of Seminarians, Director of Human Formation and Formation Advisor at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary. This is an extended version of the monthly Fiat series, and will include spiritual talks, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and Holy Mass. Say “yes” to spending special time in prayer with Mary on this Holy Day! This event is free and open to the public.

Gather your friends and join us Saturday, September 7, 2019 for a wonderful day of relaxation & fun. Rain or shine, the bus leaves the Clay Avenue parking lot at the Sisters’ Tau Center, 335 S Kirkwood Rd, at 9am for a rejuvenating morning exploring the Franciscan Farm.

From there, we head down the road to LaChance Vineyards for a delicious buffet lunch.

The Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help have partnered with DeSoto neighbor La Chance Vineyards to offer a unique day in the country. Sign up today to experience the rolling hills and scenic beauty of our Franciscan Farm. Dress appropriately to wander the grounds, explore the trails, and soak up nature near the pond. Then off we go to LaChance for scrumptious food and a leisurely stroll through the vines. Wine sampling/bottles will be available for purchase.

You choose at which location you spend the afternoon before leaving at 4pm to return to Kirkwood.
