SrPeterMarieTran_VideoChallenge

Sr. Peter Marie Tran is a young adult religious who embraced modern technology to spread the timeless message of valuing life from conception through natural death. The judges were particularly impressed with her entry's focus on “Walking with Moms” near the end of their lives in their ministry at Mother of Good Counsel Home. Thank you, Sr. Peter Marie, and the other Sisters of St. Francis of the Martyr St. George, medical professionals, and volunteers for caring for our seniors and proclaiming their dignity and beauty as “God’s oldest children.”

2019 Pro-Life video Challenge Winner: "respect Life"

2019VideoChallenge

This prayerful and creative video was produced by the Apologetics class at St. Dominic High School in O’Fallon, MO. The video highlighted the multi-faceted aspects of the pro-life movement: from the dignity of the unborn child who was “grace and light” to her mother despite the painful circumstances of her conception, to that of the elderly, who despite reduced capacity, memory, or health are not reduced in their dignity and beauty in any way, and every stage of human life in-between. The students announced at the 43rd Annual Respect Life Convention that they are donating the prize money to the Sisters for Life.
