Be Proactive with your Health!

Don't put your prevenative care on the back burner! Schedule your routine check-ups & screenings with your primary care physician, dentist, and eye doctor.

If you are under 65, you are encouraged to take advantage of an Executive Physical through the partnership with SSM. It is fully covered by your insurance (after your doctor's visit co-pay), and all results are sent to your primary care physician for follow-up.

If you are OVER 65, Medicare will NOT pay for an Executive Physical, but be sure to schedule a Wellness Visit with your doctor! You only have one body..... be sure to do the preventative maintenance to keep it running smoothly for a long time and to catch any possible issues early on!
