About Sister Dolores Bozif: Since I celebrated my 50th Jubilee in 2011, I have experienced various ministries. I retired from full-time teaching in 2014 after about 50 years of teaching. At that time I was in New Orleans. I then came to Sacred Heart Convent in Wilmette to be sacristan and to take on other tasks for the sisters. I also taught religious education/faith formation classes for a few years to students who did not attend St. Joseph Parish School. On July 16, 2020, I was appointed director of the Companions of Pauline. As has happened all over, many things changed at Sacred Heart Convent where I live, due to COVID-19. God blessed all of our sisters and we have remained COVID-19 free. We could not always have daily Mass, but we did have a daily Communion service. Sister Mary Clement and I were the eucharistic ministers on those days. We found out how important the Eucharist is for each of us. I look forward to the time when we can resume our relationships with family and friends.

About Sister Bernadette Voss: Reflecting on my years as a Sister of Christian Charity, I can truly say that I have treasured every year in God's service and was always glad to give my services wherever I could be of help, and to anyone who needed my help. I am still eager to help others until God calls me home. During my years of ministry in St. Louis, I became a great fan of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. I also enjoyed baking cakes for various celebrations and decorating them for special occasions. I have an album of photos of the many artistically decorated cakes that I prepared for festive celebrations.

About Sister Mary Ann Poppler: I was born and raised on a farm in Waconia, Minnesota. I enjoyed the wide open space to roam. I have six sisters and four brothers. Most have gone to heaven. The farm area had children I went to school with and we visited each other. I went to St. Joseph School in Waconia. I enjoyed living with the sisters in the different missions. We had many good times together. I taught for 38 years mostly in the primary (grades). They were a great delight. I have so many memories of them and their parents. A favorite quote of mine is: "What is worth doing is worth doing well." I was taught this by my mother. I tried to live this. My hobbies were gardening, baking, cooking, knitting, reading and now, word-search puzzles. I have greatly enjoyed my life as a Sister of Christian Charity with all the blessings God has given to me during my whole life.

About Sister Agnette Bengal: Reflecting on my years as a Sister of Christian Charity, I treasured every year of my 90 years as a Sister of Christian Charity. I was always glad to give my services wherever I could be of help, and to anyone who needed my help. I am still eager to help others until God calls me home. I enjoyed my years of teaching in the classroom. Fortunately, discipline was not a problem for me. The children enjoyed learning and I enjoyed teaching them.
While we lived together at Sacred Heart Convent in Wilmette, Illinois, for some time, I worked with my sister, Sister Marina, in her sewing room. She was always the better seamstress. I recall being told by others about the Spanish flu in 1918. I was four years old at the time of that epidemic. Now at age 107, I thank God for protecting me and every one of the Sisters in our Region from the COVID-19 virus.
