| VISUAL ARTS TEACHER
St. Clement of Rome is currently seeking applicants for a Preschool through 8th Grade Visual Arts teaching position. The Visual Arts teacher is responsible for developing age-appropriate projects and detailed lesson plans for students with varying artistic abilities in grades Preschool through 8.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Passion for teaching with a sense of creativity when developing projects
Ability to design detailed lesson plans
Skill in differentiating instruction based on student needs
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of effective classroom management
Knowledge of art, artists and art processes
Passion for art education and working with young people
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
Dependable, organized and detail oriented
Able to work in an independent and self-motivated manner, as well as part of a team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Teaching experience preferred. |
