We currently have an opening for a part-time/on-call Receptionist. The ideal candidate would need to be flexible to work evenings between 5 and 10 pm as needed. This would include Monday through Saturday. This position is responsible for greeting all guests to the Cardinal Rigali Center, issuing proper credentials for visitors, directing attendees to meeting rooms, answering the phone and directing general inquiries to the proper department. This position is critical to the daily operations to ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given proper information and directions while maintaining the security of the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities
•Greet all entrants to the building upon arrival and assist them with directions to their proper location or inquires.
•General security of the building such as making sure all outside doors are locked at the end of a shift and issue temporary passes when needed.
•Inform Building Supervisor of any problems with A/V equipment, meeting rooms or the building during a shift.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
•Ability to use computer programs to include word processing and e-mail.
•Good understanding of the structure, mission and organization of the Archdiocese.
