St Joseph Parish is seeking to fill a Part-time secretarial position shared by the Parish School of Religion and Maintenance Department. Applicants must be experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, customer service and a broad knowledge of general office skills and etiquette are required. Applicant must be able to prioritize, handle responsibility, multi-task, and be timely, accurate and efficient. PSR responsibilities include maintaining the student/parent database, developing and maintaining Sacramental databases,organizing and preparing mass mailings and composing various correspondence. Other duties include a high volume of telephone and email communications, meeting preparation, monitor Tuition invoicing and payments, and provide clerical support to the PSR Catechist staff. Hours : Wednesday 12:00 pm to 8:30pm / Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
