Immaculate Conception is searching for an individual with a heart to lead middle schoolers to Jesus. The middle school youth minister is a full-time, 40 hours a week employee, with benefits, who will work with parish middle school schoolers (6th-8th grade) to grow their relationship with Jesus Christ, commitment to holiness and lifelong discipleship, and involvement in the life of the Church.
Along with the Lead Youth Minister, the Youth Ministry Team will seek to joyfully and humbly serve the Lord in His plan for youth ministry at Immaculate Conception, seeking to work as a team to lead all teens of the parish to the Way, Truth, and Life of Jesus Christ.
Immaculate Conception Parish is a large suburban parish in the Archdiocese of St. Louis with 4,600+ families and over eighty active ministries and organizations, with 260 middle school students in the parish school and 300 in our PSR program. The vision of youth ministry at Immaculate Conception is to form and sustain lifelong disciples in a Christ-centered community within the parish that seeks to foster personal holiness in the lives of teens, parents, and core members,especially through prayer, evangelization, and a special devotion to Our Blessed Mother.
