Over see all maintenance for the parish and school:

• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors
• Coordinate with local civil authority for routine required inspections
• Repairs to equipment and facilities as needed
• Lawn maintenance
• Snow removal (must be available on off hours as well)
• Secure the buildings each morning
• Routine building inspection and maintenance
