This position is Part Time (20-25 hours per week). This position is the first impression visitors have of Good Shepherd and personifies the agency’s mission to serve. Duties include admitting visitors, answering central phone lines, responding to inquiries, maintaining calendar for on-site meetings, ordering office supplies, distributing mail, overseeing office equipment, and interacting with management, team members, clients and Board members. This position provides all services in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Associate's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 3-5 years' experience in related work (office management, sales support, non-profit administrative support). Reliable written and oral communication skills. Working knowledge of electronic communication (email, internet) and programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Database entry experience preferred. Must be able to work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
