The Parish

At the heart of a great neighborhood filled with young homeowners, Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish is a long established south St. Louis City parish focused on growth: growth of our congregation, especially by reaching the lost, and growth of our members in following Jesus Christ. We want an active, faithful Christian who is organized, attentive to detail, friendly, and welcoming.

Other hours are flexible, and we hope to have the administrative assistant work some hours around the times of our weekend Masses. Our administrative assistant will help us handle important financial transactions, keep records, schedule ministries and events, and respond to inquiries.

Pay is hourly, between $14 and $17 an hour, commensurate with experience.
