Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish is seeking at part-time Administrative Assistant. This position supports the Pastor, other parish staff, and Shared Accounting in financial matters, record keeping, scheduling, and responding to parishioner communications.

We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant who can support us, especially in financial matters, record keeping, and daily communications. We know that the right person in this role will multiply our effectiveness and clear away a hundred small obstacles to people coming to meet Jesus and love him. We want an active, faithful Christian who is organized, attentive to detail, friendly, and welcoming.
Duties and Compensation
Our administrative assistant will work 16 hours a week. Work during normal business hours one consistent day Monday – Friday is necessary. Other hours are flexible, and we hope to have the administrative assistant work some hours around the times of our weekend Masses. Our administrative assistant will help us handle important financial transactions, keep records, schedule ministries and events, and respond to inquiries.
Pay is hourly, between $14 and $17 an hour, commensurate with experience.
