Profile Ideas
Not sure how to make your profile pop? Here are a just a few of the great local profiles to give you some ideas!
Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus
- created their own named giving levels, made sure to mention how to give offline, and have chosen a very specific project/cause for their #iGiveCatholic participation!
Society of St. Vincent de Paul-Archdiocesan Council of St. Louis
- has set a Giving Day goal and is using descriptive donation buttons with images, in addition to a video and description of their services!
Vincentian Marian Youth Southeast Missouri
- good example of using their profile to seek volunteers as well as monetary donations, including a matching gift and use of peer-to-peer fundraisers!

Frequently Asked Questions
My organization is fiscally-sponsored by the Archdiocese of St. Louis, why is my profile still showing that I need to enter banking information?
Fiscally-sponsored organizations are those whose donations are received by the Archdiocesan Finance Office and then transferred to the agency. Organizations that are not fiscally-sponsored receive their #iGiveCatholic donations directly into their own bank account. If you're unsure into which category you fall, please email us at
[email protected]
.
The GiveGab platform allows organizations to use their profile to participate in more than one sponsored event. The "Bank Account & Verification" option found under "Manage Organizations" is there for organizations that may be sponsored for one giving day event, but use their own bank account for a second event.
Participants using their own bank account to receive donations will see a green check in the box to the left of "Get Verified to Collect Donations". Sponsored participants will not see this option as they are using the bank account info provided by the Archdiocese.
I have additional questions - who can answer them?
If you have additional questions, please contact our archdiocesan team at
