                                     has expired as of May 15, 2020. 

 

The Open Enrollment period was May 1st - May 15th,  with an effective date of July 1st.

Please have your User Name and Password available in order to change either the Health Insurance Plan or the Flexible Spending Account. Click on the blue EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE button to the left. Employee Self-Service is a secure website to walk through your Open Enrollment benefit elections. Use Google Chrome or Firefox as your preferred browsers. Internet Explorer can have technical difficulties.
