The Open Enrollment period begins May 2nd and ends at midnight on May 16th. Any benefit changes made during this period will take effect on July 1, 2022.
For details on open enrollment benefits/changes, rates, reminders and processes, please reference the 2022 Open Enrollment Brainshark Video below. To view benefit/rate information that is effective through June 30, 2022, please see the associated plan icon on the Employee Benefits and Forms homepage.
All benefit eligible employees need to complete open enrollment online through Employee Self-Service (ESS), even those waiving coverage for the new plan year. The ESS log-in button is located above; if you need assistance logging in and/or navigating the portal, please refer to the Employee Self-Service Login Help Document.
ID cards - Please note, all enrolled employees will receive a new Medical/Rx ID card in the mail that includes a new dedicated customer service phone number and should be presented for services rendered on or after July 1, 2022. Make sure to keep your current ID card until you receive the new card in the mail.
