Open Enrollment 2024

Welcome to Open Enrollment 2024!

Click here to read a personal message from Archbishop Rozanski.

The 2024 Open Enrollment period begins May 1st and ends at midnight on May 15th.  Any benefit changes made during this period will take effect on July 1, 2024.

For details on open enrollment benefits/changes, rates, reminders and processes, please reference the 2024 Open Enrollment Brainshark Video below.  To view benefit/rate information that is effective through June 30, 2024, please see the associated plan icon on the Employee Benefits and Forms homepage.

This is an ACTIVE Open Enrollment, meaning ALL benefit eligible employees MUST take action online through ArchHR - the Archdiocese NEW HRIS online platform - and either enroll in or waive health insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts (FSA), and/or supplemental life insurance during the open enrollment period.   Your current elections will NOT rollover to the new 2024 - 2025 plan year (except Employer-Paid benefits will rollover).

Important Notes:

  • ArchHR campaign emails will be sent to employees starting mid-April to launch the new HRIS online platform and to walk employees through logging in and navigating the new platform.  It is very important employees look out for and read those emails carefully.
  • Be sure to review and update your designated beneficiaries for Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, and FSA account(s), if needed.
  • Enroll/re-enroll in Supplemental Life Insurance, and FSA account(s), if desired.  Prior enrollments in the Supplemental Life and/or FSA plans will not rollover to the new 2024-2025 plan year.

ID cards - For the new plan year, ALL health insurance enrollees will receive a new UHC/OptumRx ID card in the mail on or before July 1, 2024.  If you are set up as "paperless" with UHC, you will receive a notification that a new digital ID card is available.  Please keep an eye out for those arriving in the mail (they tend to look like junk/spam mail) or by digital notification.  For dental and vision, only new enrollees will get new ID cards.  In summary, if you enroll in health insurance, you should have three (3) separate ID cards as listed below.  There is no "debit" card for the FSA plan(s).

1.) Medical/Rx from United Healthcare/OptumRx

2.) Dental from Delta Dental

3.) Vision from DeltaVision
