Employee Wellness Programs

Wellness Events in conjunction with H&H Wellness:

• Conducted each spring (March) and fall (October).
  • Spring--blood screenings only
  • Fall--blood screeenings and flu shots
• Wellness plan year runs May 1-April 30 each year.

• Wellness credit of $125 (deposited into 403(b) account) available to those who are eligible.
  • Must have screening within wellness plan year.
  • Must be benefit eligible working either a minimum of 1,000 hours annually, or a half time or more contracted teacher employed by the Archdiocese at the end of wellness plan year (April 30).
  • Must fulfill a one year service requirement (hired on or before May 1st of the wellness plan year).
  • Religious sisters, brothers and priests are welcome to participate in the screenings but are not eligible for the wellness credit.
  • Participation in the health plan is not a requirement.

 If you are unable to attend a planned Wellness Event:

• Call H&H directly at 1-800-832-8302 (Mon-Fri 8:30-5 CST).
• Many labs conduct screenings across the area--must be booked through H&H.
• Will ensure you get wellness credit.

Please see the PHYSICIAN'S WELLNESS FORM, linked here, to get the appropriate credit for your physician's screening.  Forms must be recieved no later then May 7 for consideration for that plan year.

Mammogram Screenings

The St. Luke's mammogram van will return to the Cardinal Rigali Center Wednesday, June 19, 2024 from 8am-1:30pm for Archdiocesan Employee Mammogram Screenings!

• The Archdiocesan UnitedHealthcare plan covers one routine mammogram screening per calendar year for women age 40 and over; 3D mammograms are a standard covered benefit when going to an in network provider/facility. 
• 3D mammography is the St. Luke’s Hospital standard of care.
• The St. Luke’s Mobile Mammography Van is in-network with United Healthcare.
