DESCRIPTION:The Respect Life Apostolate of the Archdiocese of St. Louis invites you to join us in peaceful prayer and witness at the First Saturday Rosary for Life on May 2. We will meet at 9:00 a.m. on the sidewalk outside the St. Louis abortion facility for a pro-life Rosary with meditations and other prayers until approximately 10:45 a.m. \nYou’re welcome to stay for additional prayer and hospitality at Our Lady of Guadalupe Covent right after. We appreciate the Salesian Sisters of Mary Immaculate for their generous welcome. Thank you to Cannon Coggeshall who will lead us in prayer in May. \nThe address is 4251 Forest Park Avenue\, St. Louis\, MO 63108. DESCRIPTION:Jointly developed by the archdiocesan Office of Worship and the RLA\, this rite is designed to meet the needs of parents whose child(ren) died prior to birth because of miscarriage\, accident\, or abortion. It allows the family to acknowledge the reality of that brief but cherished life\, identify the child by name\, and commend them in faith to the loving mercy of God. \nThe next opportunities to participate in a Rite of Naming and Commendation will be: Sunday May 17 at Immaculate Conception (Dardenne) after the 10:15am Mass.
