  • Order for the Naming and Commendation of an Infant Who Died Before Birth 04/18/2020

    When an infant dies prior to their birth due to miscarriage, an accident, or for some other reason, the Order for the Naming and Commendation of an Infant Who Died Before Birth seeks to set the death of an infant within the context of faith, and to unite the grieving parent/s, grandparents, and other family members to the merciful God, whose love was revealed to us in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

    St. Cletus Church will be offering this rite during the 8:00 am Mass on Saturday, April 18, 2020.

    All who have suffered the loss of an infant before birth recently or years ago are welcome to attend and receive consolation, peace, and hope.

44th Annual Celebration Archdiocesan Mass for the Preservation of Peace and Justice

The 44th annual celebration of the Archdiocesan Mass for the Preservation of Peace and Justice on the holiday weekend commemorating the birth and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. takes place on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis. Archbishop Robert Carlson will be the celebrant, and the homilist is Fr. Arthur Cavitt. A reception and awards ceremony in Boland Hall will follow Mass for the 2020 MLK, Jr. Model of Justice Honorees. For additional information please call 314.367.7929. Parking is available at the Archdiocesan Parking Lot located at Lindell Blvd. and Taylor Avenue.
