High School Video Contest

Every year, Catholic high schools across the Archdiocese of St. Louis participate in the Annual Catholic Appeal High School Video Contest. The schools are invited to create a video that promotes the Annual Catholic Appeal. Three finalists are chosen by the Appeal Council from all of the entries, and their videos are shown at the Annual Catholic Appeal Kickoff Dinner to pastors and parish volunteers from across the archdiocese. All attendees at the dinner vote for their favorite video.

The contest winner receives a grant of $5,000 for their school. The other two finalists receive Honorable Mention awards of $2,500. All archdiocesan, parochial, and private Catholic high schools are invited to participate.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic the Annual Catholic Appeal Kickoff Dinner was cancelled this year and attendees were unable vote for their favorite video. As such, each of the three finalists will receive a $5,000 grant from the Annual Catholic Appeal. Congratulations to Cor Jesu Academy, Rosati-Kain High School, and St. Dominic High School for their outstanding videos!
