Case Manager Positions Available - The Society of St. Vincent de Paul

Outreach Ministry Center, East St. Louis, IL

Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with experience.

Two positions: Position (1) for 32 hrs./week. Position (2) for 24 hrs./week.

Hours: 12 Noon to 8:30 PM

The case manager will be responsible for assigning, monitoring, and organizing individualized plans for clients from vulnerable populations. The case manager must be highly organized, empathetic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. Duties also include assisting with supervision of site facilities to support day-to-day operations as needed.
