Andy Linsenmeyer is a 2004 graduate of Saint Louis University and is currently a 4th year medical student at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is volunteering in El Salvador through May 2008.
 Today we got to experience the tragedy of migration first hand...
The sister of the woman we are staying with left this morning on an at least 3-week journey for Virginia. Her husband had already left years prior, but now she decided to join him in order to save money for the education of their daughter Fanny. Fanny, at 4 years old, is now left to be raised by her aunt and grandmother and likely will not see either of her parents again for many years.
