Christmas Artwork Contest |
|
|
Since 1916, Catholic children have participated in HCA’s Christmas Seals fundraiser to benefit children in the missions. This tradition continues today – but now with Christmas artwork! Help your children to express their talents and creativity, while showing their love for Jesus and children in the missions.
The Christmas Artwork Contest is open to all Catholic school, parish school of religion, and home school students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Students could see their artwork appear as Christmas e-greetings and displayed at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. during Advent and Christmas. Twenty-four different illustrations will be chosen as winners and this artwork will be featured on the website of the national office of the Holy Childhood Association for use as e-greetings. One grand prize winner will be chosen and his or her artwork will be printed and distributed as the official Pontifical Mission Societies National Office Christmas card.
2011-2012 Contest!
Download the 2011-2012 entry form here. Entries must be postmarked and/or received by the National Office by January 31, 2012. Good luck!
