As Priests' Personnel Director, Monsignor Hanneke serves every priest in the Archdiocese by overseeing assignments, assisting with ongoing education and addressing health issues. He represents the Archbishop in matters pertaining to priests. In 2006, he helped establish a priest wellness program, which is designed to promote health and fitness for priests. “Being a priest opens opportunities to grow in realizing God’s love. There is a passion in bringing others to that discovery. My Catholicism and my priesthood are the air I breathe. I can’t imagine living without them.”
