He represents the Archbishop in Church legal affairs, and coordinates the activities of the Office of the Metropolitan Tribunal. His office responsibilities include Church property, personnel and parish issues, annulments, the writing of decrees and Church bi-laws, and matters pertaining to the proper ordering of Church life.
